Since 2012, Christie Taylor has lived on the Chincoteague Bay in the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This move has given her the opportunity to return to painting and explore her favorite subject - the salt marshes. Her painting heroes are John Marin and David Park - and all the artists she has represented.
In 2017, Taylor received a Ballinglen Arts Foundation Fellowship. She spent five weeks painting in County Mayo, Ireland. (11/8 to 12/15)
